Colorful dispensers brighten windowless East High office (Anchorage Daily News)
She's simply the The Pez Lady. Many East High School students don't know Jeanne Hackenberger's real name. She's the school's financial clerk. If kids see her, it's to pay fines or fees. But the source of her moniker is obvious. Her windowless, claustrophobic office would feel like a jail cell if not for the floor-to-ceiling wash of vibrantly colored Pez dispensers.
